Two of our Junior Rifle Team shooters (Chloe Kastronis and Carlee Valenta) traveled to Camp Perry Ohio for the Air Rifle match on November 16th competing against some of the best collegiate and senior shooters in the Nation. The competition started with a 60 shot standing match in the morning and finished with a 3 position (Prone, Standing and Kneeling). Carlee shot her personal best in the 60 shot standing match with a 585.7. She improved by 12 points over her performance in at National Smallbore Junior Camp by over 12 points. Congratulations to both Chloe and Carlee for a great job under the pressure of Camp Perry competition. The team will be competing in the CMP Aces Postal Matches each quarter in 2020 and the 2019 - 2020 CMP National Air Rifle Postal Team Competition against teams from across the Nation. The team will shoot these matches at ISA with Targets mailed to ISA for each individual shooter and team match and sent back to CMP for electronic scoring. We will post the nights for the matches for anyone that wants to stop by an cheer on our team.

Team will be having a raffle at the ISA Open House September 29th 12-5 PM for the third year. We need help in obtaining gift cards and donations for the raffle. Last year we were able to raffle off a prize at no cost to the club. Click on this for letter.
