I purchased this Winchester 1894 in 32 Special two years ago. The S\N is 2,000,XXX which puts it as being manufactured in 1953. It's a decent shooter as I've gotten 4" groups at 100 yards. However, the rifle has just sat in my gun safe since I worked up a load for it. The rifle is in very nice shape (I think so...for being made in '53) and functions very smoothly. I purchased two boxes of Hornady Leverlution ammo back then with the thinking I would shoot the ammo, and have a proper head stamp for my reloads. The ammo is still in my ammo box. $525 for the rifle and the two boxes of factory ammo. It's a good rifle that anyone would be happy to own. Front sight has a nice white striped ramp on it. Factory groved hammer and factory metal checkered butt plate. Contact Dave Teems @ 412-999-3232. (10/19)
